Hello! I am Albena, a student at Newcastle University doing a work placement at The Key.

The aim of the project I am working on is to explore how The Key can make the reward and recognition element of the KEY+ Challenge even stronger for young people.

The Key currently offers well done visits and certificates to young people completing the KEY+ Challenge. More recently, they've been wondering how they can make the achievement of even more notable. 

We'd love to hear what young people and KEY+ Facilitators think about the current well done offer and hear your thoughts on ideas for the future.
