We are looking for a new Trustee with experience of working with young people or youth-focused organisations to join our Board and help guide the next chapter of our work with young people across the North East.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of a youth-focused charity, ensuring strong governance, strategic direction and long-term sustainability.

Why This Role Matters:

Young people in our region face significant challenges, including poverty, reduced access to youth services, mental health pressures and high youth unemployment. Strong governance and leadership are essential to ensuring young people continue to have access to empowering, confidence-building opportunities.
