The Key's Firewalk Heroes

On Tuesday 30th April, more than 60 brave fire walkers came together to walk over hot coals for young people supported by The Key.

In a world record attempt, over 1,000 different individuals joined forces for causes close to their hearts at Newcastle Falcons and we're proud to say that The Key was one of the many charities represented on the night.

We had sponsored teams from iProspect Newcastle, KFC, Northumbria Police Communities Engagement Team (South Area), Miss England Semi Finalist - Clare Bell and many more inspirational people ready to brave the coals for young people in the North East.

We had a truly inspirational evening and all in the all the night was a huge success with a grand total of £1,266.82 raised for The Key and our young people! 

A huge thanks and round of applause to all of the amazing people who gave their time, and money, to take part and support The Key.
As a result, we'll be able to provide even more young people facing challenging circumstances from the North East with the opportunities and support they need and deserve.
