Finding your spark isn’t always easy, especially if you’ve never had the chance to properly explore what you care about. That’s exactly what The Key to Find Your Spark is here for - to help you find that thing that motivates you and feels meaningful.

This programme is all about passion-based projects. Instead of being told who to be or what to do, you start with something that matters to you and your group and turn it into a real project. Through doing, you build confidence, discover what motivates you, and begin to shape your sense of purpose.

Working in a group, you'll think, plan, pitch, do and review up to three projects:

Turn your interests into real experiences

Your passion doesn’t have to be a big lifelong dream. It could be something you enjoy, something you’re curious about, or something you’ve always wanted to try but never had access to.

That passion becomes your starting point - and you get to design and lead a project around it with your friends, funding and space to experiment.

By leading your own projects, you start to understand what you enjoy, what you’re good at, and what feels meaningful to you. Each project helps you learn more about yourself and builds belief in what you’re capable of.

Sometimes the biggest barrier to following a passion is money or access. That’s why The Key to Finding Your Spark includes a bursary fund.

If you find something you want to keep developing, you may be able to apply for a bursary to help with things like travel, equipment, training, or other costs that support your next step.

The bursary (up to £500) is there to remove barriers - so your spark doesn’t fade just because something is in the way.

The Key to Finding Your Spark gives you the chance to explore what matters to you, turn passion into action, and start shaping your own direction — one project at a time.

If you’re ready to find your spark, this could be where it starts. Find out more through the video below:
