Here at The Key we believe that amazing things can happen when young people are empowered to use their voice and take action. For 30 years we have invested in young people’s ideas and supported you to realise what you're capable of.

Stage One - Kickstart Skills

This can be almost anything and provides you an opportunity to get to grips with the programme

Stage Two - Exceed Expectations

Challenges young people in their skills development journey.

Stage Three - Youth Impact.

Focuses on enterprise or social action.

Once young people have completed the programme, they are supported to continue their growth through bespoke opportunities, work experience or volunteering.

Young Community Panel Member

Be trained to sit on Key panels and decide which projects receive investment. This gives you a great opportunity to support your peers, make decisions and expand your own skillset.

Placements

Join The Key as a placement or work experience to give your thoughts on bespoke projects which will both challenge your development and help create lasting change in the community
