New in KIT: Find Panel Members Easily!
Exciting news! We've added a brand-new feature to KIT to make arranging panels even easier for you! Now, panel members can flag their interest in sitting on panels as soon as your group is ready.
What's New?
When you come to updating the panel details for the project, you should notice an extra line appear in green that will tell you if any panel members are interested in sitting on your panel. To invite them to the panel, you then just need to click the “Add New” button and select them from the drop-down menu.
How Does It Work?
- For Draft Projects: Interest is based on the ‘Estimated Panel Date’ – keep this updated to attract the most relevant panel members.
- For Validated Projects: Interest is based on Panel Logistics details.
Therefore, it is important to make sure any changes are updated as soon as possible.
A Feature For Facilitators Too!
As a Facilitator, you are also a Panel Member and so have access to the other side of this feature to flag interest in sitting on panels yourself – if you’d like to find out more information about this, please let us know by dropping us an email and we can send you some further information about how to access this.
